I have been working at Bassett Furniture

    Pros

One can get creative in helping customers, good benefits.

    Cons

Atmosphere at work depends completely upon how a store manager manages the place. While I was there, it was not a happy place to work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

District Managers should at least once in a while get feedback from design consultants about the work environment and what should be changed, instead of communicating only with store managers.

    No opinion of CEO
