    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The management at Bath Fitter is good. My manager, Briana, was very friendly and accommodating to myself and my co-workers.

    I worked at Bath Fitter

    Pros

Other coworkers were nice but very unhappy working there. If no other job in sight it will help pay some bills.

    Cons

The want you to bug people by calling them 3 times a day for the 1st 10 days and then 1 time a day for the next 10 days and then once every 10 days. The supervisor would not direct any comments to you she would rather go thru your coworkers. No potential for advancement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn to pay the people who have stuck it out there a fair wage. Don't be nice to new employees only on their 1st day and then start talking about them to their coworkers.
