Pros

BBW is a fun and rewarding place to work. It is a place with constant change which will keep you challenged.

Cons

Work life balance at the DM level was not at all balanced. Very paper work heavy which keeps you from getting into stores as much as the company would like you to or the teams need you too. Company reporting , is to heavy.

Advice to Senior Management

Focus on the few that produce the many (from a reporting stand point). Need to create work life balance for DM's.
