I have been working at Bath & Body Works part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

I stay because of really ;ove the product and have a wonderful clientell.

    Cons

Too many call in hours and NO acutal working hours. Emplyee value is non existant.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Employees should be treated with respect and not expected to plan their days around a company who most likely will NOT call them into work. Loyalty begins with the company. If there is not enough work than just say so. Call -In hours are not good buisness. Company talks about the value of their employess but they really don't understand what loyalty and value really are

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
