Bath & Body Works – “Great for a Part time job”

Pros

Fun job! If you enjoy bath products and interacting with people BBW is a fun place to work. The discounts are nice and we got A LOT of free goodies to take home and previews to try out before they were put on the shelves.

Cons

Pay isn't great and they don't give you many hours. When you purchase items you may not combine sales with your discount, you have to choose.

Advice to Senior Management

Hire fewer employees and give the ones you have more hours. Give greater discounts and incentives.
