I worked at Bath & Body Works part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Can be hired on the spot with no experience whatsoever. They train you thoroughlt. They have a dresscode. They tell you whats expected of it and correct you accordingly.

    Cons

Managers sometimes dont see eye to eye on the running of the store. Once you know what procedure each manager prefers then be flexible with adapting to their likes and all will be fine. Floor change was difficult at times because little people showed up and you would leave early in the morning.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to bend a little with each other.

I have been working at Bath & Body Works part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Lots of freebies and coworkers are fun and upbeat. Product line is great and customers are enthusiastic about what's in the store.

    Cons

Usually only scheduled to get 3- 8 hours a week even though I left my schedule completely open. Call in shifts are the worst because you never get to work those days.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't hire on 20+ at once people even if it is just seasonal. Most of us want to at least work decent part time hours (around 15-20). When you hire too many people, it hurts everyone.
