Pros

it is a health care company, so at the end of the day you are improving someone else's life. Has good methods of interacting with the customers, and patients, to gain feedback on what they want/need and allow you to see the people you are helping out.

Cons

Not very technical. Lots of support of legacy products. Always worried about the FDA, thus lots of paperwork, and procedure, and documentation to cover your ass. Any chance you get to design a new product will most likely be outsourced (Renal), and you're stuck reviewing what they do and making the paperwork work.

Advice to Senior Management

invest in your engineers then use them
