I have been working at Baxter

Pros

Stable company, gives big company experience on resume

Cons

Cost is number 1, followed by cost. Quality a distant third.
Technology and physical plant well behind industry standards.
Employees treated like children.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Specifically for the Hayward plant - the recent change in plant leadership can't hurt, but probably won't help. If you can't seem to avoid a 'breakroom coffee stock-out' that lasts two weeks, how can you expect anyone to have confidence in your ability to handle the big issues?
