Pros

Best group of engineers I have ever worked with who foster a welcome environment in the medication delivery business group.

Cons

Pace can be slow and the reorganization can cause a lot of confusion. HR and upper management are very disconnected from the engineers and their needs.

Advice to Management

Pay more attention to the engineering that backs up the business. Be more in touch with the workers.
