    Pros

    The name Baxter is a plus.

    Cons

    Busy environment. Management do not take the time to listen to their own employees. Everyone works to survive the day. It's a great place to work for a little bit just to get the name Baxter on your resume. Treatment from management is very unfair.

    Advice to Management

    Your are not helping retain good employees. LA Baxter is too out of control.

    Pros

    Strong company overall
    Great people
    Team members can get broad experience within a given role

    Cons

    Repressive and overly controlling management style from Vienna-led management team
    Poor systems and processes do not support adequate compliance
    Too much responsibility without proper support/mentoring for most team roles

    Advice to Management

    Better training and improved/streamlined processes are needed, and a stronger US & Vienna leadership team is needed to turn things around.
