    Flexible workplace, some stars, bad processes and a lot of mediocrity

    Pros: flexibility is good, great pay and benefits, they really do… Cons: processes are insanely complicated, can be customized too much. Its hard enough to build good products without the overhead,… Advice to Senior Management: decide on a configuration management/change process, and make it universal. Make simple, lean processes… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
