“Big company pros and cons”
I have been working at Baxter full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – PTO, ability to work with multiple depts, personal/professional growth encouragement
Cons – red tape, lack of new products, with growth expectations that can be unrealistic; culture can be fractured;
Advice to Senior Management – be more transparent and honest with team
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
