Current Employee – been working at BayCare Health System

Pros – Baycare is a company that is most of the time trying to do the right thing for the patient. It is not a compay that is driven by a shareholder's interest, unlike many other Healthcare Corporations of America.

Cons – The health insurance is not the best available. One of the downsides is that Baycare is a catholic based organization and their healthcare policies are still driven by that foundation

Advice to Senior Management – Give insurance coverage to your employees for fertility and birth control issues. Don't let the catholic dogma control the wishes and well being of our team members.
