    Pros

    - Competitive wages - Good location - Strong brand

    Cons

    - Poor leadership and decision making as regards the medical device business. - Morale is extremely low and there is little belief in the future of the former Medrad organization. -

    Advice to Management

    - Develop a coherent strategy and vision before making changes. Do not make changes for the sake of change. - Get away from short-term thinking and make tough decisions that may have negative results in the short term with the benefit of much greater long term prosperity. - Stick to your knitting and develop products within your areas of expertise. - Communicate to your staff!
