    Pros

Flex schedule and good communication amongst managers. Managers are willing to listen if issues arise.

    Cons

US business unit is run with a German culture influence. Difficult to explain to upper management that projects in the states are run differently than in Germany.

    Advice to Management

Have more flexibility and understanding of how to better develop your current in house talent.
