Pros

Nice ppl. Good pays and benefits. I was outsourced I loved it here they r very fair.

Cons

High lay offs and they focus on level of degrees over level of experience

Take care of your workers more

    Can't think of any,,,pays some of the bills

    Cons

    Contractors work work work, No sick pay, No vacation, No Respect,,,,,

    I have been working at Bayer full-time

    Pros

    You can merge into your best role at this company and work horizontally towards your most desired role. Management really works with you to ensure you enjoy working your particular job. Also Bayer has an excellent Ergonomics department dedicated to ensuring your comfortability.

    Cons

    Difficult to get promoted vertically. You may struggle to obtain the promotion you want, and even after 20 years, you may not be the best candidate.

    Intertwine the business and IT function more seamlessly.
