“I was a manager at Bayhealth Milford in the food services department”
Current Employee – been working at Bayhealth Medical Center full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Great people, great hours, flexible managers, good pay not great pay, we were praised for our accomplishments by upper management
Cons – Gossip, nursing doesn't support the food services department as much as they should,
Advice to Senior Management – Take time to listen to your employees
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
