With some good benefit like health insurance, 401a , flexible working hour, don't expect too much with salary.

    Pros

Really liked the nature of the research as it fit closest to my interest (I am very specific in terms of my research interest)

    Cons

Salary is low as compared to the position and the knowledge it requires.

    Advice to Management

Salary should be increased in commensurate with the qualifications.

    Pros

Academic Medical Center, Brand Recognition, Recently created the Baylor College of Medicine Medical Center and are condensing offices to the new McNair building for better operational efficiency.

    Cons

BCM takes advantage of student interns as free labor. Several students from nearby universities were given carrots which were subsequently redacted once the administrator got what they needed from the student. There were promises of employment or paid internships after so long.

    Advice to Management

    This isn't my issue.
