ProsLarge client population and entry level positions provide ability to gain necessary experience for future career growth.

Opportunity to complete supervision to transition from LMSW to LCSW.

Great medical and other fringe benefits.

ConsSalary not competitive with educational and experience level for the Houston area. Leads to frequent turnover of workforce.

Advice to Senior ManagementIncrease salary to Houston market rate to increase employee stability.

A difficult environment to do science.
