The worst work here, because the best won't tolerate these working conditions.

I have been working at Baylor Health Care System

Pros

Inexperienced, confused, unknowledgeable workforce makes you feel smart. Sometimes you don't have to beg for time-off.

Cons

Many employees are overworked 24/7. VERY rarely promotes or train. Political enviroment and inefficient workflows.

I worked at Baylor Health Care System as an intern (more than an year)

    Pros

For my department, business casual dress, very laid back boss & supervisors, everyone was friendly and respectful and there was no fear of asking questions. One of the best parts for our specific department was the relaxed hours, as long as you get 40 in, you have very flexible hours.

    Cons

Pay was low for my experience but it was an internship so there's not much wiggle room. No benefits, have to share floor space with other departments that had no interaction with us, passive aggressive notes left on the refrigerator. Come on people, you're all adults, clean up after yourselves.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Promote from within, most of the people that work here really care about what they are doing and deserve to move up.

    No opinion of CEO
