I worked at Bayside Solutions full-time for less than a year
Pros – It paid me while I was looking for an actual career
Cons – so micro managed its crazy, people are very hard to get along with, there is a high turnover rate and if you are applying for the reception job enjoy it for 90 days till they find some reason to not bring you on full time. They wouldn't even verify my employment when I got a new job I had to show pay-stubs to prove that I was employed by them. no growth at all!!
Advice to Senior Management – hahahaha its an old boys club who couldn't care less about their employees
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
