    Pros

good team leader's. (some of them, Very few)

    Cons

working at beachbody at el segundo call center, at first its all cool but after a few day's i have realized that this work is sale's, i am forced to upsell customer's about their activit and TBB and if i dont get a sell each call's the sell works against me. this job has a quota that i have to meet or exceed and if i dont meet the required quota i will get a JJ (job jeopardy) talk with the upper management and the worst part is, every call is counted and if you dont sell on that one call that call will go against you. making it harder to work harder.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

management is blind and dont care about thier employee's, really crappy technology specially the phone's. and our system sucks big time too, frequent freezing of the screen and i could end up losing the sale. if you ever gonna work here, expect stress level up to the roof.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Your key to a successful IPO is to show growth through innovation. You're currently focused entirely on cost-cutting and innovation is stagnating. As a result, awesome employees are jumping ship. They see no future with you guys. The only future you share is a bleak one where we're spending millions of dollars to realign our systems while at the same time canceling or outsourcing innovative projects. Personally, in the last five months, my top priority has shifted three times, with no project getting completed.

If you want to have employees who are passionate about your business, give them some equity. There's a lot of animosity towards you guys right now since you're laser focused on getting to that IPO, yet you are the only ones who will benefit from it. The rest of us will likely suffer as shareholders will only demand further cost-cutting if we do go public.
