“Egregious Inequities”
Former Employee – worked at Beacon Health Strategies
Pros – Good for those able to work off-site or in certain offices; Growing company; No "on-call" for most clinicians; Free water
Cons – Lack of info available for job; Disrespect of certain staff; Negative feedback is common management style, Certain workplace diversities neglected
Advice to Senior Management – Ensure managers can perform jobs under them. Weed out impressive talkers and replace with doers. Be mindful of bulling &harassment.
