BearingPoint provided great opportunities to advance at the junior levels and provided challenging projects for proffessional growth. The benefits were great and employees are given more time off than most companies.

Cons

The company has been in great financial turmoil so it has made it difficult to hold on to top clients and also to create new project opportunities.

Advice to Senior Management

I believe the executive management has done a poor job with the company has no interest of avoiding bankruptcy and the resulting sale of the company.
