Was a great place to learn and grow. Was a meritocracy for being given as much responsibility as you could handle

Cons

Inept management caused the ruin of the company. Many smart and talented people have had to suffer because of that. Fortunately I am going over to PwC, so will have a better perspective after working for another firm in same economic environment

Advice to Senior Management

Communicate more ofter and have greater transparency. Many people did not get offers to PwC (Commercial Practice) and more should have been done to help them find new work.
