Jun 9, 2009

4.0

BearingPoint Consultant in Annapolis Jct, MD:   (Past Employee - 2007)

Pros

Good mentoring and performance management system, so long as you have a decent PM. Good oppurtunities for advancement, so long as your practice area is growing. Public services was doing well at the time of the acquisition to Deloitee.

Cons

Salary is lower than average, especially for those with a clearance. The aquisition by Deloitee may change this a bit. Senior Management is largely focuse on BD efforts and often leaves junior consultants in over their head with clients.

Advice to Senior Management

Reward employees for the work they are doing. Pay to keep your talent. Enforce good cross-project collaboration and refuse to tolerate competation from projects in the same client space.
