Pros
Not very many pros for working at BE in my opinion. I would choose a different Management Consulting firm if given the option.
Cons
Company is not performing very well. This feeling of failure is apparent throughout the organization. I would choose a different Management Consulting firm if given the option.
Advice to Senior Management
Company is not performing very well. This feeling of failure is apparent throughout the organization. Employees need better incentives and reassurance.
