BearingPoint – “Manager at BearingPoint Review”

Pros

BearingPoint was a good company to work for to gain consulting experience. It also looked very good on a resume.

Cons

As with any large company, it depended on where within the company you worked. At BearingPoint, I worked for a great group, but have very limited room for growth/advancement.

Advice to Senior Management

There needs to be less artificial roadblocks to advancement within the company. Understood that the company wasn't doing well, so there was little ability to promote.
