Pros

I enjoyed my engagement and the people I worked with. I experienced good opportunities for advancement and increased responsibility and was adequately recognized for my achievements.

Cons

The compensation was poor and overall the company is not doing well financially. However, my sector (Public Services) was doing well.

Advice to Senior Management

BearingPoint suffered financially, but I feel that senior leadership did the best they could to lead the company. I was overall happy with my stay at BearingPoint. Will miss you BE!
