Well, while the firm existed, they had a fairly good go-to-market strategy and were successful at winning work. They will be missed.

Cons

The firm was constantly having financial difficulities, which made bonus pay non-existent. They also had unstructured compensation bands and easy promotional policies. So, unqualified people had inflated job titles

Advice to Senior Management

My advice is, you are now onto better pastures. Many of us are now at other consulting firms, while some have chosen a different path in life. It was fun while it lasted.
