    Pros

They hire qualified, competent professionals. People generally seem satisfied. Pretty good brand recognition, to the point where people who have never heard of the company think that they have.

    Cons

Big company mentality-- management can be somewhat detached/disengaged, metrics by which middle management are measured are convoluted & not always applied consistently. HUGE rumor mill will suck you in if you let it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

While it's not endemic within the company, most managers would do well to provide clear directives & goals to their teams. Ambiguity as a way of life becomes apparent at onboarding & remains status quo until you leave.
