I have been working at Beaumont Hospital

Pros

The pay is great. The benefits are great. It's a job.

Cons

I'm starting to see a change in how Beaumont is treating their employees and patients. It's all about how much money can they get.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your employees like humans and not dogs. Be genuine and at least act a bit concerned if something may appear to be wrong with one of the employees.

    I worked at Beaumont Hospital

    Pros

Beaumont Hospitals has a great name throughout the nation for their health care. There benefit package is second to none.

    Cons

I felt I was not valued as a non-patient care employee. The large size of the hospital makes you feel more like a number, rather than an appreciated employee.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

My advice to Beaumont Hospitals leadership is to take more stock in it's employees, rather than pleasing the shareholders. Change the impression from the management of "feel lucky to have a job, if you don't like it leave"
