Beaver Run Resort Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Beaver Run Resort

Pros – Resort lifestyle is respected here, snowboard all day and work all night. Lots of room for growth as the town is transist, can move up quickly. Some other perks are sister hotels. Good benefits package too.

Cons – Working in a small cold resort town. The only work here is in the resort ski industry. No real complaints.

Advice to Senior Management – Give the lower employee's more responsibility. The place needs to be upgraded. But overall, the management is pretty good to it's employee's.
