Pros – Arts education and attendance improve school performance.
Offers classes in many different disciplines.
Local economies see a multiplier effect from art organizations as patrons use restaurants, hotels, etc. when they attend performances.

Cons – It can be a long commute if you live on the east side of Cleveland, especially in the winter when road are snow covered or icy.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep providing services to the Cleveland community. As they are well aware, the physical plant needs to be updated and, hopefully, the capital campaign in progress will succeed and address that issue.
