“Swimming upstream”

Field Service Engineer (Current Employee)

I have been working at Beckman Coulter

Pros – Local group is fantastic and teamwork is the norm. Each day is challenging and never boring. Compensation is ok and benefits are good.

Cons – Have spent too much time in past pleasing the stockholders and less time focusing on product development and improvement. Field staff cut short and does not have adequate personnel to handle workload.

Advice to Senior Management – Field services needs personnel to adequately do their jobs and have a work life balance. Need better developed products prior to release.
