Beckman Coulter – “Hostile and outdated!

Nov 6, 2008

2.0

Beckman Coulter Anonymous:   (Current Employee)

Pros

A large employer with stability and good benefit package. Starting salaries are good, but then stagnate.

Cons

Low ethics, total lack of respect and consideration from management to employees, low morale, bad communication, career growth is limited and political. Management is very outdated (retro) and controlling, and changes in organization are made shuffling same players, year after year. A hostile culture at best with low growth potential for talented professionals as long as management remains the same group of people.....bad and very hostile culture....stressful.

Advice to Senior Management

Change management. Do not tolerate harrassment and hostile communication. Listen and deliver...mean what you say. Need to revamp culture completely and make it more enjoyable for workers!
