“Good opportunities for younger people.”
I have been working at Beckman Coulter full-time for more than a year
Pros – Opportunities to move up all the time, decent pay, pays for school.
Cons – A lot of micro-managing and work systems in place (Kaizen, etc.). This is not necessary a bad thing, but can lead to over complicating simple tasks and projects.
Advice to Senior Management – Do not hesitate to straighten out bad employees. There have been several bad employees that could probably get away with murder. I mean that in a sarcastic way.
