Current Employee – been working at Beckman Coulter full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Software engineering team sizes are 10-15 people which is great for having a wide responsibility for technical knowledge and having people to fall back on for advice and help. Team is focused on quality and making us more predictable on schedule and quality each release.
Cons – Ensuring focus is on the final customer experience is hard to maintain. It is there at the end of each release when we consider and last minute changes but is not always there when we plan a release.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
