The company is on the move and doing great things. Being a part of the Danaher family will only make Beckman Coulter that much stronger! Our associates make the difference as we serve our customers.

    Pros

    Great people, caring and thoughtful.
    Reasonably good pay.
Some very knowledgeable and very supportive HR staff.
Making products that will help improve people's lives.

    Cons

    Poor or no mentoring programs.
Upper level and executive management wore trying to do too many things. This created an environment where very few things were done well.
Executive leadership recognized cultural erosion but did have the knowledge or tools to correct the issues.

    Advice to Management

Executive management needs to make a better effort to coach and mentor middle and junior managers.
