“OK”
Current Employee – been working at Beckman Coulter
Pros – Good People and work ethics, growth encouraged. I have a great supervisor and group manager. The quality of products are encouraged.
Cons – Crippling, cumbersome documentation and policies. Poor communication at times. Not enough people to get the job done right. Quality policies do not allow movement of products quickly.
Advice to Senior Management – fix the things that are wrong and stop bandaging.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
