Leader in clinical screening, flow cytometry, etc. Has a long history in the reagent and disposable market. They are well established in the sales channels and the clinical marketplace.

Cons

Bureaucracy, short term planning for long term objectives -- just in my area. The purchasing software used is a real burden to use.
