pretty bad

Roseville, CA

Former Employee – worked at Bed Bath & Beyond part-time for more than a year

Prosnice collegues....good stuff, a few kind customers.

Consemployees are treated like thieves and slaves, they are not respected at all, instead,as a employees, you must kiss customers ass all the time. employees are checked frequently by the manager and the BBB has very high requirements from employees, but they treat you like a garbage, like nothing. The computers are outdated, and the offices are pretty dirty and dusty. And the salary is low, so you better work at '99 cents store with the same salary and without so many expectations and all the time under loop. They don't give you any benefits, no medical insurance, no nothing. And they hire JUST part time, without any benefits. Full time and benefits are JUST FOR MANAGERS! (i mean for the "master")

Advice to Senior Managementstart to treat the employees like people, and respect them. They work for you and bring you money, so without employees, you have no money, so why you treat them like slaves and with so much disrespect?????????????????

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
