salary...but if you any self-respect it's not worth it!
Cons
Treated horribly by district staff, no leadership, needs to catch up to 2009 retail 7 not 1980's retail, store managers for the most part are a joke, if you have a opinion or idea make sure your one of the popular mangers
Advice to Senior Management
Learn a very easy concept...."work life balance"! Its not to hard
