    Pros

    Competitive pay for salaried managers

    Cons

Pay scale for associates is not fair. Based on what you negotiate not how good of an employee you are. They get pathetic wage increases once a year and this contributes to high turnover. Upper management is more of a do as I say type attitude. There is a lot of politics when there need not be.
