Flexibility in part-time job, staff nice, all associates willing to pitch in and help, good atmosphere, most customers nice, don't have to get up on ladder, can pass on difficult customers to managers.

Cons

hard work physically, on feet all day running back and forth, deal with difficult customers, pay not great, slow raises.

take care of your people, approve raises in timely manner, don't undermine your associates when on the floor
