Experience good, advancement potential not so good.

ProsGreat people (for the most part), nice new facility. A mix of long time staff & newbies. Great career experience if variety of products is important to your job.

ConsDirection is all over the place, changing management very, very frequently in recent years. Those who do their job well are rewarded with more work than those who are sub-par (unfortunate). Not many perks at all. Not much of a culture (anymore).

Advice to Senior ManagementYou have some very competent and caring employees & many who don't quite fit that description; it seems that the prior are being overworked to compensate the latter, and these folks are being burnt out. You need to do better at retaining your talent (as BN has been known for in the past), and identifying those who are impeding progress.
