I worked at Beecher Carlson full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

The culture of the company was great; everybody works well together and are always willing to help each other to achieve the same goal "success". One of the best places I've worked with the exception on the communication.

Cons

Some managers need to learn how to communicate better so there is no question in their expectations.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to be fair to all employees regarding flexibility, its obvious that some managers allow for more flexibility to people that are married and/or those that have children as they seem to be allowed more flexibility with little or no repercussion.

I have been working at Beecher Carlson full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

People we work with are great

    Cons

Lack of information from management about everything leaves you speculating about everything. "Bonuses" do not exist and there is no talk of why or when they might exist.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Communicate more, and try stick to what you say to some degree. Quarterly conference calls with the entire company are not useful, they are a waste of time and almost demoralizing. Award those that deserve it. Not everyone is a producer in this company, but they appear to be the only ones that matter.
