Conscompensation below industry average, no 401k matching and raises have not been given in 3 years. Do not mentor employees for job growth

Advice to Senior ManagementWalk the talk - promote from within. Clean house and layoff employees that do not have the correct skill set for their positions. Do not hire because it was someone you worked with before but on need.
