ProsGreat contract company that values you as a human being, and not just a warm body. This is the best contract company to work with.

ConsThe only con I have is that they should have a better pay structure for higher paid contractors/consultants.

    Pros: Belcan is good at getting your foot in the door, either… Cons: As a contract employee, your employment is tenuous. Belcan can't help you if the project you were hired… Advice to Senior Management: Don't make promises you can't keep.
