I worked at Belkin full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

HQ building is good, new and clean

Cons

- There is no sense to work for Belkin software engineering, there is no goal, there is no development plan, there is no process, there is no execution
- There is no expertise, any issue raised, politics and arguments
- There is no career recognition at all, what is the motivation to work, and what is the motivation to work hard?
- All the stresses on onsite engineers only because the unqualified outsourcing work.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have been working at Belkin full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Flexible compensation. Start-up feeling (if you like that). Nice HQ facilities.

    Cons

Blaming others when things go wrong is a standard procedure. Accountability is non-existent. Decision making is knee-jerk and based on who yells the loudest. This list could go on forever.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Organize the company so there is clear accountability. Stop being a sales driven company - it doesn't work - focus on product strategies and hold sales people accountable for making them happen. This list could go on forever.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
